Position: Marketing Assistant

Location: Las Vegas, NV (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in our digital marketing functions. You will support campaign activity, data entry, social media, and assist with other administrative functions. Your role will be critical in supporting our marketing team and ensuring we reach our targets effectively.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist with campaign creation and monitor responses for LinkedIn marketing.
• Work with Executive Assistants to create LinkedIn posts for Bankers.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall department goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other contacts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with graphic design or content creation.
• Familiarity with Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience.
• Experience with campaign monitoring or deployment.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
