Part-Time Housekeeper | Summerlin & Las Vegas Strip
Compensation: $30 per hour
Schedule: 3 days per week, approximately 20 hours total
Hours: Flexible
Location: 2 days at a Summerlin residence and 1 day at a Las Vegas Strip condominium
A private household is seeking an experienced, dependable and highly organized part-time housekeeper to maintain two residences.
Required Qualification
Candidates must have excellent organizational skills and previous residential housekeeping experience.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning and upkeep of both residences
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- Laundry, ironing and folding
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Organizing closets, cabinets, drawers and household storage areas
- Keeping the pantry and household supplies organized
- Monitoring and restocking cleaning and household supplies
- Polishing furniture, fixtures and stainless-steel surfaces
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Maintaining appliances and high-touch areas
- Seasonal and occasional deep-cleaning projects
- Keeping both homes consistently clean, orderly and guest-ready
- Notifying the household of any maintenance concerns
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, detail-oriented, discreet and able to work independently. Reliable transportation is required for travel between the Summerlin residence and Strip condominium.
