Job Title: Busser

Position Summary
The Busser supports the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role ensures tables are cleared, sanitized, and reset promptly while assisting servers and other team members to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave
- Reset tables according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, restrooms, and service stations
- Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed
- Assist servers with food delivery when required
- Remove trash and transport dishes to dishwashing areas
- Stock service stations with utensils, napkins, glassware, and supplies
- Respond promptly to guest and team member requests
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25β50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays or bus tubs
Work Environment
- Fast-paced restaurant setting
- May include evenings, weekends, and holidays
