Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment
- Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and ensuring a tidy environment
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Uphold all health regulations related to food industry standards and hospitality practices
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, catering or hospitality environments
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols
- Experience in bussing, serving, or supporting restaurant operations preferred
- Knowledge of the food industry, including kitchen experience and hotel service standards is a plus
