PAY RANGE: $56 - $66/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives
- End-to-End program and project management in line with the best-in-class industry standards
- Partner with various functions like Finance, M&A, IT etc. to envision and deliver high-quality business solutions
- Mapping and re-engineering business processes continuously to ensure that Operations are lean and streamlined
- Identify and set up process/system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions
- Collaborate and manage workstreams in large-scale business transformational programs
- Influence and drive key decisions regarding the projects
