POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and security-minded MarTech Integrations Lead to join our Marketing Technology team. In this role, you will own the operational security layer for our marketing stack, managing 75 platforms and over 120 integrations.
Rather than just focusing on tool adoption, you will ensure our technology ecosystem remains compliant, documented, and architecturally sound. You will execute the critical "behind-the-scenes" work - from API rotations to user access reviews - that allows our marketing engine to scale without risk. This position is vital for maintaining 24/7 system continuity and enforcing rigorous governance across our enterprise SaaS environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Security & Governance: Own the operational security layer for the entire MarTech stack. Lead formal security audits, manage User Access Reviews (UARs), and oversee logging and monitoring to ensure SaaS compliance.
- Risk Mitigation: Execute mandatory API key and service account rotations across 120 integrations to protect data integrity and system security.
- Integration Operations: Lead technical re-integration projects (including Marketo and SFDC instances) during organizational transitions or system migrations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain the integration infrastructure necessary for 24/7 system continuity. Develop and update technical runbooks and documentation that allow integrations to scale globally.
- Technical Support & Maintenance: Partner with Business Technology and external vendors to troubleshoot infrastructure gaps and implement enterprise-grade security standards.
- Audit Readiness: Conduct regular enterprise and product security audits to identify and bridge compliance gaps within the marketing ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications
- 6 years in a Systems Administrator, IT Operations, or Technical Program Manager role within a complex technical environment.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing and integrating core Marketing technologies such as Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Proven expertise in managing API-based integrations, service accounts, and security protocols for a large-scale SaaS stack (75 tools).
- Experience in Security Governance: Demonstrated history of conducting User Access Reviews (UARs) and system audits.
Other Qualifications
- Deep understanding of integration infrastructure and the ability to author high-quality technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Familiarity with the broader MarTech landscape, including AI chatbots, webinar platforms, and direct mail tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk mitigation and organizational compliance.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, specifically driving IT, Security, and Marketing stakeholders to meet deadlines, efficiently resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure continuous project momentum.
- Experience using Jira, Workfront, or similar task-tracking systems to manage technical workflows and bug fixes.
- Ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable technical tasks for cross-functional partners.
