The Kronen General Manager is responsible for developing and executing management strategies that improve the operational performance of the company to produce profitable growth. Primary duties include directing and coordinating staff, establishing business objectives, improving staff performance and productivity, increasing operational efficiencies while expanding market share.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
