- Location/Type: Virginia (statewide) Field-based (travel required)
- Pay: $25/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, weekdays
- Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms
- Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits
- Focus on prevention, not urgent care
- Build patient relationships, no rushed visits
- Support seniors and families at home
- Document visits in modern EMR tools
- 1 year Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- 6 months primary care or internal medicine
- Comfortable with daily travel to homes
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Experience with AWVs or Well-Child Visits
- Pay: $25/hour
- Health, dental, vision, 401(k)
- Mileage: $0.70/mile reimbursement
- Paid travel time
- PTO and paid holidays
- Full-time, MondayFriday
- Daytime hours only
- Travel across Virginia
- Mobile role with EMR charting
