Hours: 2–3 shifts per week | approximately 15 hours weekly
Shift: Flexible Evening Shifts (Monday–Friday)
About the Role:
We’re excited to expand our team with an in-house Environmental Services Technician! This PRN role is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours, no weekend work, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning patient rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and more
Safely dispose of waste and follow infection control procedures
Use equipment like brooms, mops, floor scrubbers, and waxing machines
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and PPE
Keep carts, storage, and laundry areas organized and tidy
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with healthcare regulations
Work on your feet for the majority of your shift
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals helpful
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and safety
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and work independently
