Cleaning Technicians will be tasked with cleaning and maintaining client’s homes with the use of various eco-friendly chemicals, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment.
Dakota View Cleaning Services will provide all supplies, training, checklists and information required to clean every property.
Employees work both independently and as a team, depending on the schedule and as necessary.
Requirements
- Applicants must be self-motivated and able to effectively work independently and/or as a member of a team
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be detail oriented and thorough
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Would prefer prior cleaning experience, but willing to train the right candidate
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that every space is cleaned to a high standard in compliance with operational protocols and attention to detail
- Maintain, restock and disinfect various equipment, products, and supplies with provided tools and products from central office
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or defective equipment to head technician
