Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth check-in processes using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Collect patient vital signs, medical histories, and current medications while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as rooming patients and administering medications
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-up communications and ordered laboratory results

Requirements

• Experience is preferred but not required
