What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Coordinator position at Urgent Care Telehealth?
General Summary of Duties : The Business Development and Program Coordinator will support current programs and helps coordinate future programs and educates staff and providers regarding these programs for the clinic.
Duties include:
- 1. Business Development and Contracts Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, schools, and healthcare provider. Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with corporate clients, insurance providers, and other partners. Monitor contract performance, renewals, and compliance with company policies via prospecting.
- 2. Clinic Tours and Community Engagement- Organize and conduct onsite clinic tours for potential partners, employers and community organizations. Represent Urgent Care Telehealth at networking events, health fairs and local business meetings. Develop outreach programs to educate the community about urgent care and telehealth services. Comfortable with meeting business prospects in person
- 3. Client Relations and Retention -Act as main point of contact with corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication and service updates. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing regular updates on services, policy changes and new offerings. Address client concerns, provide solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- 4. Marketing and Brand Awareness -Oversee digital outreach, including social media, newsletters and corporate communications. Analyze market trends and feedback to refine outreach strategies.
- 5. Operational Support and Performance Analysis - Track patient and client feedback to enhance service delivery and satisfaction. Generate reports on business development activities, client retention rates, and marketing impact. Collaborate with clinical team to improve service efficiency and operational workflows.
Required skills and qualifications:
MA skills preferred but not required.
Travel may be required to other offices.

Pay DOE
