Role Summary
URBN is looking for a proactive and communicative Systems Engineer to maintain and improve our core infrastructure and services, with a focus on productivity, collaboration, endpoint, and identity.
Role Responsibilities
- Spearhead the implementation of new technologies to align with and support evolving business needs.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of designated infrastructure and services.
- Integrate URBN services seamlessly with SaaS and other applications to enhance identity, authentication, mail flow, and productivity.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues related to supported systems.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues within the infrastructure.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Work hybrid 3 days a week from our Philadelphia Navy Yard office.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective system integration
Role Qualifications
- 3 years of experience administering Active Directory, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365/Office 365.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Conditional Access.
- Experience with Identity Management Solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Skills
- Experience configuring Android, and Chrome OS devices.
- Experience working with single sign-on protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAUTH).
