Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met. You will perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager and work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.

- Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities
- Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met
- Maintain high level , proactive communication utilizing radios and emails
- Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
- Works with all organizational levels including fellow employees , customers, and management
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED required
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving and reporting skills
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain acceptable attendance and m ust be able to work overtime as required
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
- Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
- Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes , and weights up to 50 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position ( i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
