`work schedule : 8am -5pm Monday to Friday or 9am -6pm M- F
Responsibilities: - Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for preschool children - Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development - Provide individualized attention and support to each child to ensure their social, emotional, and cognitive growth - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages cooperation, respect, and kindness - Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child's progress and address any concerns - Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor play activities to promote physical education and gross motor skills development
Requirements:
Montessori Certificated or familiar with Montessori
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is MUST

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education -
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues -
Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students -
Ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Familiarity with tutoring techniques for subjects such as math is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
