Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehab offers skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation in an environment that fosters healing and wellness. It is the goal of all the physicians, nursing staff and therapists to help restore residents to their highest possible level of strength and independence.

Shift: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
