Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to provide an enjoyable experience for our customers.
Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils - Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication - Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction - Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Familiarity with brewing techniques and various types of alcoholic beverages - Basic math skills for calculating bills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Willingness to help out with other tasks as needed, such as food service or banquet setup - Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials If you are passionate about mixology, have excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
