Urban Shed Concepts LLC is a family-owned shed company that’s been building high-quality, Sheds since 2015. We’re locally owned, faith- and family-focused, and proud of our reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We don’t just sell sheds—we deliver backyard solutions people rave about.
We’re growing FAST and need a sales pro who can take inbound leads and turn them into happy customers. Our sales cycle is about 14 days, and our customers are already looking for solutions—you just need to guide them through the process and close the deal. If you’re the type of person who thrives on hitting numbers, building rapport quickly, and selling value without coming across as pushy, this position is tailor-made for you.
What You’ll Do
- CLOSE SALES! (This is #1)
- Work warm inbound leads using our online shed design tools, email, phone calls, and text messaging.
- Track all lead interactions and progress in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Generate and submit quotes and orders using our 3D online design portal.
- Follow up consistently and turn prospects into lifelong customers and referral sources.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of successful sales (not necessarily sheds, but high-ticket sales experience is a huge plus).
- A natural people person who can build rapport fast and ask the right questions.
- Someone who thrives on solving problems and delivering value.
- High integrity, self-motivated, coachable, and numbers-driven.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- A quick learner who’s hungry to grow with the company.
Compensation & Details
- Commission-based
- Average sales cycle: 14 days.
- Six figure earning is expected and your income potential is unlimited (no commission cap)!
