Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001.
- Lead internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee quality control processes including inspections, testing, and validation of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Coordinate root cause analysis for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows while maintaining strict adherence to quality protocols.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality systems, inspection techniques, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
