Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to work with our team to design, implement, and optimize production processes and workflows. In this role, you will ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and safe manufacturing across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure products are manufacturable (Design for Manufacturability - DFM).
• Evaluate and optimize production processes, machinery, and methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tools, and processes; lead root-cause analysis for production bottlenecks or failures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as standard work instructions, routings, and process flow charts.
• Design, test, and install new tools, fixtures, and automated systems.
• Ensure processes adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and log material and subcontract transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks), data analysis, and SPC tools.
• Experience in metal machining. Experience with Lean techniques, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
