Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Master Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing instructional lessons, managing classroom activities, and supporting the educational development of students. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, teaching core educational concepts, conducting training sessions, and maintaining effective communication with students, colleagues, and families.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Experience in Education and Teaching in a classroom setting
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with students, families, and colleagues
- Expertise in providing Training to support student learning and growth
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and adaptability in diverse learning environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Relevant teaching certifications or licenses strongly preferred
