You will play a key role in delivering a premium client experience, from initial consultation to order processing while supporting the sales team in a fast-paced, design-driven showroom.
Compensation includes base salary commission, with performance based growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome clients and identify project needs (renovations, new builds, etc.)
• Guide customers through product selections (vanities, plumbing fixtures, etc.)
• Support sales advisors with quotes, orders, and follow-ups
• Enter and manage orders accurately in our system
• Coordinate with vendors and check product availability
• Monitor inventory and showroom floor organization
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
Qualifications
• Experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interest in interior design, construction, or home improvement is a big plus
• Professional, polished appearance and attitude
