Associate Sales Director

Our locations span across the nation and we're looking for a great candidate to join our team.   We're seeking an Associate Director of Sales to join our West Coast team. This is a dynamic position and we're looking for a bright individual to help lead our West Coast Sales Division. The candidate should be a quick learner, self-starter, dependable, and proactive with the ability to excel under pressure. The candidate will team up with our Majors and Specialty Divisions to build sales strategies and distribution plans throughout the United States. Duties include (but not limited to)Develop and execute a regional strategic plan for growth and expansion for our contemporary business through existing and new distribution channels across retailersStrong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop a team through a sense of teamwork and collaborationCultivate strong relationships with key specialty retailersCollaborate with cross functional partners across sales, merchandising, operations and financeDrive new business development initiativesKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMUST have extensive experience in the wholesale apparel industry, with strong relationships in the women's contemporary marketStrong time management skills; motivated and takes initiative, works efficiently Excellent written and oral communication skillsExercises excellent judgment when decision makingDisplay professionalism with individuals at all levels in and outside the organizationWillingness to adapt to an expanding environmentHigh degree of accuracy and organizational skillsTechnically savvy particularly with ExcelMust be located in the LA metro area, no remote candidates will be consideredMust to be able to travel up to 40% of the yearSalary range $150,000-$160,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunity
