• Foremen receive an $95-105k salary base PLUS shop performance and personal production bonuses. Ranges are generally $125k-150k annually for our Foremen **upon interviewing we are glad to show proof of production and how shop production ties to pay **
• Starting bonus up to $10,000 (Depending on ability and experience. May be spread over the first few months)

Candidates with 10 or more years of prior mechanic experience will be given preference, but all candidates with ASE automotive Master certifications will be viewed favorably.
