Duties
- Oversee construction crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans
- Interpret plans, technical drawings, and specifications to guide on-site activities
- Coordinate day to day work activities
- Monitor compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, enforcing safety protocols at all times
- Conduct self-quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
- Oversee construction site safety practices
- Report on progress regularly to management
Requirements
- Must be US Citizen
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent managerial communication skills
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, and construction drawing review processes
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety management and quality control procedures
- Clean background
- Must be able to pass drug screening
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
