Job Objective:
- Responsible for evaluating and treating of Short Term Rehab and long term care residents with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat short term rehab and long term care residents.
- Documentation in accordance with JCAHO, third party payers, and the Thompson Health System.
- Program development, out come studies, and projects as required
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS licensure to practice Physical Therapy
- Degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE approved program, DPT preferred
- Prior experience in long term care and short term rehab setting preferred
- Experience with EMR
- Team player and self-motivated
Pay Rate: $46.00
