Property Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Property Manager to oversee residential properties. The candidate should have the ability show and inspect apartments, collect rents, fille evictions, advertise vacant units, upload photos to websites, and reply to leads. Also knowledge of account payables and receivables.

Duties

• Oversee property leasing processes, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease negotiations .
• Manage tenant relations and address inquiries.
• Coordinate property maintenance requests and schedule repairs.
• Administer legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing programs, and contract management.
• Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and property records .
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety standards are met and facilities are well-maintained.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as phone etiquette, customer relationship management, and office documentation.

Requirements

• Proficiency with email, Microsoft office programs, and grammar.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution professionally.
• Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and contract negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent data entry and filing skills. .
• Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Experience in sales or upselling services is desirable. This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute significantly to the success of our property portfolio while providing outstanding service to tenants and stakeholders alike.
• Valid drivers license and working vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
