About the Role:
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first impression of our salon. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest while supporting our talented salon professionals.
What you'll do:
Greet clients and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Assist with client directions to Associates suite, and general support
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment
Support salon associates with day-to-day needs
Manage light administrative tasks and communications
Keep inventory and common areas fully stocked
Be willing to learn and troubleshoot building mechanical issues as needed
Represent the Uptown Salons brand with professionalism and pride
Skills Required:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Naturally upbeat, positive, with a 'can-do' attitude
Organized, problem solver, and able to multitask with ease
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Maintain cleanliness of common areas at all times
Comfortable with computers and social media
Ability to stay on your feet and assist throughout the salon
Must be able to work Tuesday-Friday 8:45am-6:00pm and most Saturdays 8:45am-1:00pm
