Overview:
We are seeking an organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and the salon
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and take messages,
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, waiting area, inventory on shelves and Coffee bar
- Checking out clients, rebooking appointments and maintaining Excel spreadsheet of daily close outs
-Stocking/washing/folding towels and capes for stylists.
-Imperative all stylists know their clients have arrived for their service
-Opening and Closing duties may include but not limited to: restocking bathroom, trash management and preparing the salon for either opening or closing
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in scheduling appointments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in checking clients in and out and verbally communicating with all stylists clients arrival.
- Ability to handle credit card transactions and daily close outs
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.
- Ability to maintain your scheduled hours: arriving on time
Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 5 hr shift. 2 Saturdays a month-6.5 hr shift Closed Sunday & Monday

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
