Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys pharmacy, takes pride in their work, and is interested in developing or expanding their skills in compounding pharmacy.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician. Previous compounding experience is highly preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with day-to-day pharmacy operations and prescription processing.
- Prepare non-sterile and as appropriate, sterile compounded medications following established procedures and pharmacist supervision.
- Accurately enter prescription and patient information into the pharmacy system.
- Provide friendly, professional service to patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and restocking medications and compounding supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Keep pharmacy and compounding work areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, and other team members.
- Wellness calls to customers after they receive their medication and request Google reviews.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
- Compounding experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Interest in learning and developing skills in pharmaceutical compounding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
