We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Possess a work first mentality with a high level of urgency to accommodate to guests in a prompt manner.
- Collaborate with management and other kitchen staff members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of line cook experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. (Sundays off)
