What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare ingredients (cutting, portioning, and stocking)
- Cook and plate menu items quickly and consistently
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work with the team to handle high-volume service
- Help with inventory rotation and waste control
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year cooking experience (required)
- Able to work fast and stay organized under pressure
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player with a good attitude
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Current Food Handlers Permit (required within the first 30 days)
Schedule
- Day and night shifts available
- Must be available weekends and peak business days
