Landscape Operations Manager (Design-Build)

Position Overview
We are looking for a Landscape Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations. This role requires someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and communicate clearly with ownership.
Responsibilities
- Manage landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish
- Lead crews and coordinate daily operations
- Manage trucks, trailers, equipment, and materials
- Track job progress and complete CRM updates
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintain communication with ownership on job status
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews and keep jobs on schedule
- Knowledge of plant material and installation practices preferred
- Organized and comfortable using technology/CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation
- $1,200 – $1,600/week base (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses based on profitability, efficiency, and quality
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per week
