• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Ask about our Friday half-day schedule!)

What You’ll Do (Your Mission) As our Landscape Operations Manager, you are the bridge between our hardworking crews and our valued customers. You aren't just managing contracts; you are overseeing the day-to-day operations to meet the clients' expectations through coaching, training, and service ownership.

• Oversee Operations: Lead and mentor a crew of 20, managing payroll and scheduling via Dayforce and Aspire.
• Cultivate Relationships: Act as the "fixer" for our local properties, conducting site inspections to ensure our "green" standards are met.
• Drive Enhancements: Identify property improvements and type up winning proposals to help our clients' landscapes thrive.
• Be the Expert: Use your knowledge of plant/turf health and irrigation to solve problems on-site.

• Landscape Knowledge: Plants, grass, and the seasonality of landscape.
• Leadership Muscles: Experience managing teams, payroll, and purchasing.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using or learning Aspire, Dayforce, and digital reporting.
