What You’ll Do As a Landscape Operations Manager, you are the "coach" of your book of business. You will lead the day-to-day operations of our landscaping teams, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

What You’ll Do As a Landscape Operations Manager, you are the "coach" of your book of business. You will lead the day-to-day operations of our landscaping teams, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise, hire, and train Foremen and laborers on safety and equipment.
- Conduct regional site visits (80% travel) to ensure maintenance guidelines are met.
- Manage inventory, tool tracking, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Act as the primary Landscape Manager for client relations, driving enhancement sales and managing work orders.
- Develop effective schedules to maximize manpower and budget efficiency.
- Experience: At least 3 years in landscape maintenance or a 2-year related degree.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, train, and inspire crews to meet high quality standards.
- Technical Skill: A valid NC Pesticide license and a clean driving record are required.
- Customer Focus: A pro-active approach to client relations and "enhancement" sales.
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.
