Join our passionate Upstate Coin & Gold team as an Inventory Fulfillment Associate and play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, security, and integrity of our inventory operations. We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus and a $500 retention bonus!
This role goes beyond traditional shipping and receiving. You will be directly responsible for verifying product authenticity, ensuring quality standards, and supporting accurate inventory fulfillment for high-value precious metals. Responsibilities:
- Unpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing shipments of precious metals and coins or products
- Perform detailed quality control checks to confirm product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy
- Accurately sort, inventory, and organize products for storage or shipment
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing customer and vendor orders, ensuring highest quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our inventory management system (ERP experience a plus)
- Identify discrepancies and escalate quality concerns following company procedures
- Support continual process improvements related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating inventory logs and processing shipment paperwork.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
- Prior shipping, receiving, or quality control experience a plus
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and spend extended periods on your feet
- Minimum of an Associate degree preferred
- Strong computer and technology skills required
