What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Tint Installer position at Upstate Auto Styling?
About Us:
Upstate Auto Styling is a premier automotive styling shop with 625 five-star Google reviews and XPEL certification. We specialize in window tinting, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and commercial vehicle wraps. We're looking for our next team member who wants to build a career , not just punch a clock.
What You'll Do:
- Install window tint on vehicles to our five-star standards
- Prep vehicles for services (washing, cleaning glass)
- Perform detailing and ceramic coating (we'll train you)
- Maintain quality standards that protect our reputation
What We're Looking For:
- Window tinting experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
- Someone who shows up early and takes pride in their work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work at a steady pace — 3 quality vehicles per day
- Hungry to grow into a Lead Tech or Store Manager role
Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- PTO available after 1 year
