This is a highly visible, on-site role where you will serve as the primary finance business partner to plant leadership, driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and helping optimize operations.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the lead finance partner on-site, supporting plant leadership and operations
- Own and drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze P&L performance and provide insights to improve cost structure and profitability
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and supply chain teams
- Support month-end and quarter-end processes in collaboration with accounting
- Deliver financial reporting, presentations, and performance analysis to leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
- Support capital investment analysis and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
- Strong background in manufacturing or plant-based finance
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence non-finance stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or MBA is a plus
