Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and relay information to technicians
- Provide basic information about services.
- Take messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate call and customer records
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or call-handling experience preferred
