Denver Remote Sales Associate -- Training and Career Development

Upsender is hiring for its Denver, CO team. This full-time, fully remote role gives you a chance to learn professional sales through practical training, guided conversations, and feedback from the team.

Experience can come from many places. Helping customers in a store, working in hospitality, answering calls, setting appointments, or supporting clients can all build useful communication skills. First-time sales applicants and career changers are welcome. Previous sales work can help, but it is not a requirement.

Your workday: conversations, follow-through, and learning

You'll speak with people who want to learn about Upsender's products and services. Start by listening to their needs and goals, then explain the available options clearly. Help each prospect assess whether a solution fits their situation and give them space to ask questions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Connecting with prospects over phone calls and video meetings
• Asking questions to understand what each customer needs
• Describing products and services in straightforward language
• Responding to questions and arranging appropriate follow-up
• Recording conversation details so opportunities stay organized
• Joining team discussions and coaching sessions
• Practicing the skills that make customer conversations more effective

Support as you build your skills

You don't have to bring a finished sales playbook with you. Upsender provides training and guidance as you learn the role. That support may include product education, instruction on the sales process, scripts and conversation frameworks, practice through role-play, call feedback, and continuing coaching.

Being open to feedback matters. We want people who will put what they learn into practice, ask thoughtful questions, and keep working on their communication.

Set up for remote work

This opening belongs to our Denver, Colorado sales team and is performed from home. You'll need a computer, dependable internet, and a quiet space for customer calls. Your schedule must allow weekday availability during U.S. business hours.

Compensation

Salary: $1,826 to $3,326 per week.
