Our client is a well-established luxury travel company that creates highly personalized experiences for an affluent clientele. Their portfolio includes private villas, yachts, and jets, and their clients include high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and professional sports team owners.
They are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow their sales team in Denver.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work directly with a team of inside sales reps—coaching them, helping them improve, reviewing their pipelines, and making sure everyone understands what is expected. As the company grows, you will also help recruit and develop additional salespeople.
They are not looking for someone who simply runs reports and manages from behind a desk. They want a leader who enjoys working with salespeople, knows how to hold people accountable, and can step into key client conversations when needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and coach the inside sales team daily.
- Help grow the team by recruiting, hiring, and developing additional salespeople.
- Set clear expectations for sales activity, pipeline, revenue, and client follow-up.
- Meet regularly with reps to review opportunities and help move business forward.
- Improve forecasting and make sure HubSpot accurately reflects what is happening in the pipeline.
- Coach the team on prospecting, presentations, relationship building, and closing.
- Help increase repeat and rebooking business with existing clients.
- Work closely with company leadership on sales strategy and growth.
- Get personally involved with key clients and larger opportunities when it makes sense.
- Build a sales culture where people know what is expected, perform at a high level, and are held accountable.
What We're Looking For:
- We're looking for someone who has successfully managed a sales team before and knows how to get the best out of salespeople.
- You should be comfortable coaching both strong performers and people who need improvement. You should understand pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline, but also recognize that this is a relationship-driven business where the way clients are treated matters.
- Experience selling luxury products, services, or experiences to affluent or high-net-worth clients would be a strong plus.
