Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable lighting, renovation, or interior design products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Manage inside sales transactions using POS systems, handle cashing out processes accurately, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and promoting high-end sales opportunities.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight new arrivals and seasonal trends to attract customer attention.
• Collaborate with team members on stock management, inventory replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; experience in lighting design, interior design, or construction is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close high-end sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Organizational skills for managing stock levels, merchandising displays, and product demos efficiently.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations including discounts, totals, and inventory counts.
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles ensures smooth transactions.
