Responsibilities
Store Replenishment is responsible for loading and securing product on our trucks waiting to make their road trip across the country to our many stores.
- Maintains accuracy while pulling, packing and loading product
- Utilize s voice picking to accurately fulfill customer or store replenishment orders
- U nderstands all areas of the outbound process, including Direct to Customer (e-commerce) and Store Replenishment
- R eceiv es , inspect s , process es and accept s merchandise into the Distribution Center
- Checks in freight and ensures ac curacy of products received
- S tows product throughout the Distribution Center ensuring accuracy
- Operates motorized and non-motorized equipment (certification required )
- C onsistently meet s all Labor Management and productivity standards
- Maintains a clean and safe Distribution Center , adhering to safety policies and procedures
- Trains and supports other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed
- Ability to work in a non- climate controlled environment
- A rrives promptly to work the assigned schedule
- Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information

Experience And Skills Required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 months combined work history
- Experience working in a D istribution Ce nter or warehouse environment is preferred
- Knowledge of various distribution systems such as labor management system, radio frequency devices and voice picking preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and investigations due to foreign, federal, state and local regulations; based on position responsibility and sensitivity, periodic check and reinvestigations may be performed
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
- Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
- Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure
