Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process Shipments and assist Mailbox Customers
-- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous UPS Store experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds, including those who are multilingual or bilingual
- Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
- Experience in technology sales is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
