Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts across assigned locations. This role partners closely with hiring teams, candidates, and colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process, deliver a strong candidate experience, and contribute to broader talent initiatives that align with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct outreach to complete required pre-screening questionnaires.
- Act as the first point of contact for high-volume hiring needs
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to evaluate fit
- Coordinate and schedule qualified applicants for hiring interviews
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners through clear communication, timely follow-up, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Prepare reports and contribute to recruiting projects as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software applications; experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems a plus (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, office-based team environment.
