Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shipping, printing, and retail needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for retail sales transactions, upselling products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing payments efficiently
- Provide product demos and educate customers on store offerings such as packaging supplies, mailing services, and retail merchandise
- Stock shelves, merchandise products attractively, and maintain organized displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist with supervising store activities when needed, including training new team members and ensuring store policies are followed
- Maintain phone etiquette by answering inquiries promptly and professionally while directing calls appropriately
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred; familiarity with merchandising and stock management is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
