We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Temecula. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led hotel projects and has a strong background in managing ground-up and renovation work. The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, manage subcontractors, ensure quality control, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
What You'll Do:
Lead all onsite construction activities and act as the main point of contact for field operations
Supervise subcontractors, field staff, and laborers while fostering a culture of safety and accountability
Manage project schedules and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure deadlines are met
Oversee quality control, inspections, and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes
Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners
Monitor costs, materials, and manpower to maintain budget control
Drive project completion with an emphasis on delivering exceptional results in hospitality construction
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
Proven track record with hotel projects (ground-up and/or large scale renovations)
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety practices
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software a plus
OSHA certification preferred
