We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily construction to join our team in Cleveland. This individual will be responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The right candidate will be comfortable working directly with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while leading internal project teams.
What You'll Do:
Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from start to finish
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control systems
Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout processes
Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, and project engineers to ensure smooth operations
Track progress against project milestones and provide regular updates to leadership and ownership groups
Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
Maintain a strong focus on quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to local building codes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Support project closeout including punch lists, warranty documentation, and turnover to owners
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction with a focus on multifamily projects
Proven ability to deliver ground up and large scale multifamily developments successfully
Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and construction management best practices
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
