What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Superintendent - Norcal position at Uprite Construction Corporation?

What You'll Do
- Lead all on site construction activities from project start through completion
- Oversee ground up commercial projects including tilt up concrete and or industrial structures
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and company policies
- Maintain daily field reports, schedules, and accurate progress updates
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field issues efficiently
- Represent Uprite professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects
- Tilt up construction and or industrial project experience required
- Strong commercial construction background including industrial, warehouse, or large scale projects
- Home base must be located within the Northern California region
- Ability and willingness to travel across Northern California and throughout the United States as project needs require
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Travel required based on project needs
- Per diem provided for travel assignments
