UVS is seeking a reliable, organized, and passionate Employment Coordinator to join our Work Unlimited Team. This position plays a vital role in helping individuals achieve their employment goals and access meaningful opportunities in the workforce.
Position Summary
The Employment Coordinator works closely with individuals receiving services, employers, Service Coordinators, and the Supported Employment Program Manager to ensure successful employment outcomes. This role is responsible for coordinating supports and services, assisting individuals in pursuing their employment goals, and fostering positive relationships that promote long-term success in the workplace.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or a related field preferred
- Relevant combinations of education, training, and professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, supported employment, human services, or related fields preferred
- Minimum of three years of supervisory, administrative, program coordination, or related professional experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships, coordinate services, and support individuals in achieving their goals
