Hours Available: Tuesday [9:00am-2:00pm] | Wednesday-Friday [8:00am-6:00pm] | Saturday [9:00am-2:00pm] | Sunday-Monday [OFF], Some Flexibility Required

We are offering a flexible Tuesday through Saturday schedule for our Employment Specialist positions.
What you get to do:
Facilitates worker skill development for successful vocational outcomes per staff action plans and complete required documentation contemporaneously as well as monthly summaries.
Maintain on-going communication with all members of the individual's team and provides feedback in goal/outcome planning.
Assist individuals in choosing a job and career path that encompasses their desires/wants and skills and abilities. Develops and implements basic career plan.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years’ experience in delivering Supported Employment Services/working with developmentally disabled individuals required. Professional training and related experience may be considered in lieu of working with individuals with IDD.
